He specializes in creating support functions from scratch, implementing Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) practices, and establishing the workflows, tooling, and KPIs that improve resolution speed and customer experience at scale.
At Curate, Jamie leads Customer Support operations, partnering closely with Product, Engineering to advocate for customers and drive continuous improvements across the user journey.
